Humanoid AI Lab Assistant

Work in Progress

Overview

This project focuses on developing an AI-powered laboratory assistant using the Unitree H2 humanoid robot. The system aims to integrate an intelligent software assistant with the robot’s perception, navigation, and manipulation capabilities to support daily laboratory activities. Planned functionality includes recording notes, managing documents, interpreting user requests, and issuing commands to the robot to perform physical tasks within the laboratory.

Current Development

Communication with the Unitree H2 has been established, with current efforts focused on accessing its onboard cameras and sensors. In parallel, an AI-based laboratory assistant is being developed to support information management, user interaction, and robot command execution. Future development will focus on integrating these components into a unified system capable of coordinating digital and physical tasks.

This project is ongoing. Additional technical details, demonstrations, and results will be added as development progresses.

Coming soon.
